The Bajaj Pulsar series is just very much popular in India as this is the one that sells more than other series by Bajaj like Dominar and entry level series. It’s just something that is loved by enthusiasts very much. If considering the Indian market, Bajaj does not have a Pulsar 1000cc motorcycle as it’s just focused mainly on the motorcycles in the sporty commuter segment so very less chances of a 1000cc Pulsar in India. If they launch a Pulsar 1000cc motorcycle then surely this will compete with superbikes like Ducati Panigale V2 and the Kawasaki Zx10r. A rendering on instagram by abin designs 511 shows a Pulsar RS1000 motorcycle that would be coming to India if Bajaj considers entering the Superbike market. There are right now such plans that Bajaj would launch a Pulsar 1000cc motorcycle because Pulsar is the series of sporty commuter segment and Bajaj would require working on a different series of motorcycles to get into superbike segment. They already have partners like KTM and Husqvarna and there is a probability that either 1000cc would be sourced from KTM or a new made in India 1000cc motor will be considered as per their decision. The rendering which shows a Pulsar superbike is otherwise just insane and of course enthusiasts would surely love if launched with a lot of electronics and be it the fuel tank or the fairing but it is just looking like an aggressive superbike. Rest Bajaj and their partner brands know how they would proceed. If launched then the Pulsar Rs1000 price would be kept competitive and can go from 12-15 lakhs as per expected price.
